The 6th Annual event Essence Black Women In Hollywood was absolutely amazing. To see beautiful black women honoring one another and being each other's helping hand. Filled with African American trailblazers in film and TV industry. Oprah Winfrey was honored with the Power Award, and Gabrielle Union was honored with Fierce Award. Quevenzhane Wallis was so adorable and being nominted in the Oscars only trailblazers her for bigger and better things. It's so great to see positive images of amazing black women doing what they love. I adore all the ladies and only hope one day to be honored at Black Women In Hollywood. Reach for the stars!
