Lion Babe is a neo soul duo that formed in New York City. The duo is made up of recording artist Jillian Hervey and musician Lucas Goodman. With a huge fan base in the UK Lion Babe is ready for world domination.
Back in March, they collaborated with Pharrell Williams for "Wonder Woman". Their music is experiemental neo-soul and I love it. Jillian has said she never wanted to make music until she met her music partner Lucas. We are so glad she did though! Jillian Hervey is the daugther of Vanessa Williams so we know where her fierceness comes from. Those honey blonde curls give life any day and I'm so in love. Lion Babe has opened and worked with Childish Gambino, Mark Ronson, and Pharrell Williams. They are set to release their debut album "Begin" on January 22 via Polydor.
