"Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination was this years theme at the 2018 MET Gala” Designed to create a dialogue between fashion and the masterworks of religious art in the museum’s holdings, the show will be presented in a trinity of locations: the Anna Wintour Costume Center, the medieval galleries at the Met’s Fifth Avenue location, and further uptown at the Cloisters.
Everyone looked amazing but my favorite of the night was Blake Lively in Atelier Versace and Christian Louboutin shoes with a Judith Leiber Couture bag. The MET is the Oscars of fashion and when you are invited you have the right to take it all the way there.
