By now you know I can't get enough of Ms. Tracee Ellis Ross! The 42-year-old slams the Essence's March Black Women In Hollywood Issue Cover. She wore a Byron Lars Beauty Mark dress and Sophia Webster pumps for the first cover, and a Jay Godfrey frock and her own shoes for the second image. What I wouldn't do to run in her closet all day! The one thing I love about Tracee is that she adapts to new things but stays true to her fun self. Girlfriends will forever be an iconic show and now the Black-Ish star won big at the NAACP Image Awards.
