Sonjia Williams

Boston native Sonjia Williams is a fashion designer that you better get to know. She went to a Fashion Design program at Lasell College in Newton, Massachusetts. Sonjia relocated to New York, the fashion capital and it was like magic. Her undeniable talent secured her a spot as a contestant on the 10th season of the Lifetime hit, Project Runway. Among the challenges won, her most notable included creating the winning look for Heidi Klum’s children’s line, Truly Scrumptious, which was sold in Baby’s R Us online and in stores. Sonjia finished the competition strong, securing a spot on the runway for her collection at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week.  Sonjia's designs on the show had me wanting more and more each week! Her style is everything and she take's major risk in her designs.
